DENVER — Police in Denver are investigating after a man was stabbed to death early Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred sometime before 3 a.m. in the 1600 block of East Colfax Avenue.
The victim was transported to the hospital where he later died.
The medical examiner will release his identity at a later time.
Denver police later announced that a 47-year-old man was arrested in connection with the stabbing. He is being held on investigation of first-degree murder.
No other details are known.
