DENVER – A man faces a murder charge in the shooting death of a woman in east Denver last week, officials announced this week.
Sean Landrock, 25, also faces three counts of child abuse, one count of tampering with physical evidence and one count of careless driving, according to the Denver District Attorney's Office.
The shooting happened about 4:15 p.m. on Aug. 12 in an apartment in the 8000 block of East 12th Avenue, police said. Investigators said the shooting was related to domestic violence, but it wasn't clear the victim's relationship to Landrock. He was arrested the same night as the shooting, police said.
More information about the child abuse charges was not available this week.
