AURORA, Colo. – A 44-year-old man has been charged with murder in the killing of another man in Aurora in December, officials announced on Thursday.
Police found Juan Manuel Galindo Argumedo unresponsive near a nightclub in the 12200 block of East Colfax Avenue on Dec. 14. He was taken to the University of Colorado Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, according to a news release.
Alexander Albayero faces one count of first-degree murder, according to the 17th Judicial District Attorney's Office. His preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 14.
