DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. — A man wanted in a shooting at a Residence Inn hotel Wednesday morning has been apprehended.
Gregory Doering, 29, was arrested following a pursuit that ended in Castle Rock early Saturday morning, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
Doering is suspected of shooting and wounding a man at the hotel, located at 8322 S. Valley Highway, around 2 a.m. Wednesday morning. The victim is expected to survive.
Police have not disclosed details as to what led up to the shooting.
