LYONS, Colo. – A recently-opened taco shop in Lyons was heavily damaged in a fire early Tuesday morning.
A call reporting the fire at Mojo Taqueria came in around 12:40 a.m. Crews arrived at 216 Mains Street to find the restaurant fully engulfed.
The majority of the damage was to a wooden deck and the exterior wall of the building. At this time the estimate for the damage is between $20,000 and $30,000.
No injuries were reported and no other structures were damaged.
The cause and the origin of the fire is still under investigation.
