DENVER – Young people looking for summer jobs could do a lot worse than Denver.
Not only does Colorado have the lowest unemployment in the country, but the Mile High City is the 13th best city in the United States for finding summer work, according to a new report from WalletHub.
To come up with its list, WalletHub looked at the availability of work as well as youth labor participation, minimum wage, cost of living and the availability of internships, among other metrics.
Based on that data, Orlando, Florida claims the title of best city in which to find summer work, followed by Scottsdale, Arizona. Fort Lauderdale, Salt Lake City and San Francisco round out the top 5.

Colorado Springs and Aurora also made the list, coming in at numbers 33 and 69, respectively.
