AURORA, Colo. – A juvenile was shot at a park in Aurora on Friday afternoon, police said.
Police responded shortly before 2 p.m. to a report of one person shot at Nome Park, 1200 Nome St., said officer Tony Camacho, police spokesman. The victim was taken to a hospital but their condition was unknown.
More details about the shooting weren't yet available.
The park is just north of Aurora Central High School.
