A hunter has been charged in the shooting death of a Colorado teen.
Justin Burns,14, was shot in the chest on Sept. 13 while bow hunting with his father near Big Creek Campground, on Grand Mesa, according to the Mesa County Coroner's Office.
Burns was from Palisade.
Guy Pohto, 59, is now charged with reckless manslaughter.
Investigators said Pohto stayed at the scene after the shooting. A spokesperson with Colorado Parks and Wildlife said he had a valid hunting license.
