DENVER — Late Sunday evening, Denver firefighters responded to a large fire at a home that was under renovation.
The Denver Fire Department (DFD) said the fire broke out just before midnight along the 3400 block of N. Garfield, near the intersection of E. 35th Avenue and Garfield Street. Crews worked to stop the fire from spreading to two nearby homes.
Nobody was injured, according to DFD.
In total, about 50 firefighters responded to the blaze.
As of 3:17 a.m., DFD said crews were still on the scene putting out and monitoring the hot spots.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
