DENVER — If you missed your shot at getting tickets to see “Hamilton” in Denver last year, fear not: The musical is coming back.
The Denver Center for the Performing Arts announced Monday morning that “Hamilton” will be part of the 2019-2020 season of Broadway shows to swing through the Mile High City.
“Hamilton” will run from Aug. 12 to Oct. 4, 2020 at the Buell Theatre.
The smash hit musical, which uses a mix of jazz, hip-hop, R&B, rap and blues to tell the story of Alexander Hamilton, quickly sold out when tickets went on sale for its Denver run last year. Even with a daily lottery, many were left unable to get tickets for the show.
DCPA has not yet announced when tickets will go on sale but anyone with a subscription will have a chance to buy tickets before the general public.
