Hit-and-run mulit-vehicle crash closes 6th Avenue at Sheridan in Denver

DENVER -- A hit-and-run driver caused a multi-vehicle crash on 6th Avenue, closing the freeway for about an hour Monday night.

The crash occurred around 8 p.m. in the eastbound lanes near Sheridan Boulevard. There were no serious injuries. The eastbound lanes were reopened around 9 p.m.

No other details, including a description of the car that took off, were released.
