CHAFFEE COUNTY, Colo. — A 60-year-old hiker in Chaffee County has been missing since July 22. Searches will continue Tuesday.

The Chaffee County Sheriff's Office says Terry Pann, 60, of Nathrop, had been hiking around the 13,951-foot Ice Mountain in the Three Apostoles area near Winfield. The area is rugged and steep and is ranked as a Class 3 climb.

On Monday, members of Chaffee County Search and Rescue North scoured the area with the help of drones. However, he wasn't found by the end of the day. In addition to the rough terrain, poor weather has also hampered the search efforts.

The search resumed Tuesday morning.

If anyone hiked in the area of Ice Mountain between July 22 and Tuesday and may have information on Pann's whereabouts, call the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office at 719-207-3199.
