JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. — All lanes of Highway 6 in Clear Creek Canyon reopened around 3:05 p.m. at Tunnel One after a multi-hour closure as crews worked to recover a fallen rock climber.

Around 12:16 p.m., the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office announced crews were dispatched to the area for a technical rock rescue. One hour later, the sheriff's office said technical rescue teams had reached the fallen climber and it was now a recovery operation.
