BOULDER, Colo. – Google is adding even more office space in Boulder.

The tech giant has leased 30,000 square feet of space at 3333 Walnut Street, just a few blocks from the company’s current offices at 26th and Pearl streets.

The new space will supplement Google’s current offices and the new campus under construction near 30th and Pearl.

“This space has much the same appeal as the Pearl Place campus, in that it is close to the transit center, pathways and our local operations,” Boulder site director Scott Green said in a statement. “We can’t wait to welcome more folks to the Google team here in Boulder.”

It’s not clear how many people will be working in the Walnut Street space. The new campus on Pearl Street is expected to house up to 1,500 employees when it’s completed.
