Girl, 5, missing out of Pueblo area since March 13

CROWLEY COUNTY, Colo. — A 5-year-old has been missing out of the Pueblo area since March 13, according to the Crowley County Sheriff's Office.

Anita Attebery, 5, was last seen on March 13 around Interstate 25 and Highway 50 in Pueblo. At that time, she had been wearing a purple puff jacket, blue pants and pink shoes. She is described as a white girl, about 3 feet, 9 inches tall and 41 pounds. She has brown eyes and blonde, shoulder-length hair.

An alert from the CBI regarding her disappearance was issued Wednesday at 10:43 a.m.

She has a medical condition and requires medication, according to the sheriff's office.

The sheriff's office said they believe she is with John Attebery. It's not clear if he is her father or another family member.

John Attebery is described as a white 33-year-old man standing about 6 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 275 pounds. He has hazel eyes and short blonde hair. He wears earrings.

Anybody who sees either of them should call 911.
