4:05 p.m.: Arapahoe Basin announced Tuesday that it would start up its lifts Friday. The Black Mountain Express lift will start turning at 9:00 a.m., giving skiers and snowboarders access to the intermediate High Noon trail.

12:50 p.m.: Damaged railroad tracks have forced the closure of E. 60th Ave. between Clermont St. and Brighton Blvd. in Commerce City. A cargo train was traveling through the area when the tracks failed but there were no reports of injuries or spilled cargo. Police said the road is expected to be closed for at least 16 hours.
