7:15 a.m. — The northbound lanes of Federal Avenue are closed from 112th to 120th Avenue in Westminster due to a crash between a car and pedestrian. Cheri Spottke with the Westminster Police Department said a vehicle was turning from Stratford Lakes Drive northbound onto Federal when it struck an elderly female standing in the painted median. The woman was transported to a hospital in unknown condition. The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene.
