12:13 p.m. — Denver police said four people were transported to the hospital after the RTD bus and a car crashed at E. Alameda Avenue and S. Downing Street around 11:24 a.m. One was the driver of the car, one was the bus driver and the other two were passengers on the bus. The driver of the car had serious bodily injuries, police said. Based on preliminary evidence, police said the driver of the car may have ran a red light and collided with the bus. No charges have been filed yet.
11:50 a.m. — An RTD bus and a vehicle crashed at E. Alameda Avenue and S. Downing Street and authorities have shut down parts of the road in that area. The eastbound and westbound lanes of E. Alameda Avenue, as well as northbound S. Downing Street, are closed.

8:04 a.m. — Highway 36 reopened after a car fire that closed part of the highway for about 20 minutes.

7:27 a.m. — A car is on fire on the side of the eastbound lanes of Highway 36, east of Sheridan Boulevard. The fire was out around 7:40 a.m.m though traffic continued to build up. All lanes except the left-most lane is open to traffic in this area.
