1:37 p.m.: US 6 at Clear Creek Canyon is back open in both directions following multiple vehicle crashes, per the Colorado State Patrol - Golden division. 

1:28 p.m.: US 6 at Clear Creek Canyon is open westbound, but the eastbound lanes remain closed, per CSP, due to wintry conditions. Slow speeds are required in the area. 

 US 12:27 p.m.: US 6 at Clear Creek Canyon being closed due to multiple vehicle crashes between Golden and Colorado 119, according to the Colorado State Patrol - Eagle division. 

8:50 a.m.: I-70 WB has reopened from an earlier multi-vehicle accident, according to Denver Police.

8:15 a.m.: Colorado Springs has been placed on Accident Alert.

8:01 a.m.: District 2 of DPD has been placed on Accident Alert.

7:45 a.m.: The City of Fountain has been placed on Accident Alert. If you are in a non-injury crash with no alcohol or drugs involved, police recommend exchanging insurance information and filing a police report online or in person. Please do not call 911 to respond to these types of accidents.

7:26 a.m.: All lanes of I-70 WB are closed due to a string of crashes near Vasquez Blvd. Denver Police estimate there are 14-20 vehicles involved. About eight people have been transported with minor injuries. Police suggest using other routes and avoiding the area.
