7:15 p.m. — Denver police officers are investigating a shooting in the area of Park Ave. West and Lawrence St. They say a woman was taken to the hospital with what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries. The circumstances which led to the shooting are not known at this time. No suspect information is available, police said.

5:04 p.m. — South Metro Firefighters are on scene of a brush fire along the Cherry Creek Trail near E-470 and Jordan Road in Parker.

4:38 p.m. — CDOT is warning drivers to expect delays on US 40 as crews work to clear debris from a snow slide that is affecting the west side of Berthoud Pass roughly 5 miles east of Winter Park Resort.

3:19 p.m. — South Metro Fire Rescue says the two-acre grass fire is nearly contained; no structures were damaged or threatened and no injuries were reported. The burn area is north of Airport Road and west of Lavaun Drive along the railroad tracks.

2:52 p.m. — South Metro Fire Rescue firefighters are battling a two-acre grass fire in Douglas County near Highway 85 and Airport Road. There are no structures threatened and no injuries reported so far.
