4:42 p.m.: The standoff situation in Englewood has been resolved; the suspect was subdued with the use of tear gas, according to an Englewood PD spokesperson.
3:49 p.m.: 56th Avenue is back open in both directions following a grass fire in the area of E-470, the Aurora Police Department said.
2:53 p.m.: 56th Avenue is closed east and westbound in the area of E-470 because of a grass fire, the Aurora Police Department says.

11:49 a.m.: Denver Police officers are on scene of a serious injury crash on Federal and I-70. Six people have been taken to a hospital. Southbound Federal is shut down.

9:38 a.m.: A carjacking that started in Denver has led to a standoff in Englewood, where the suspect remains inside a home in the area of the 2100 block of W Baltic Place. Police said there was no danger to the public.
