1:39 p.m.: A man is in custody in connection with a deadly crash involving a pedestrian in the area of Federal and Harvard. Alcohol is being considered as a possible factor, police say.

9:38 a.m.: The Natty Fire burning in Fremont County is 70 percent contained, according to the Fremont County Sheriff's Office. The fire is 79 acres in size, according to officials. No private lands or structures are threatened.
