4:28 p.m.: Denver Police say the person killed in the crash involving a pedestrian was the passenger in the vehicle. The pedestrian in this crash sustained minor injuries. 

1:39 p.m.: A man is in custody in connection with a deadly crash involving a pedestrian in the area of Federal and Harvard. Alcohol is being considered as a possible factor, police say. 

10:50 a.m.: Denver Police is responding to a deadly crash involving a pedestrian in the area of Federal Blvd. and Harvard. Federal is completely closed in that area, officers say. 

9:38 a.m.: The Natty Fire burning in Fremont County is 70 percent contained, according to the Fremont County Sheriff's Office. The fire is 79 acres in size, according to officials. No private lands or structures are threatened.
