6:50 p.m. — The all-clear has been given at Peterson Air Force Base following a report of suspicious activity on the base.

The Child Development Center on base in the vicinity the BX/commissary is secure and open for parents to retrieve their children.
6:19 p.m. — Peterson Air Force Base personnel near the BX/commissary is asked to take shelter in place immediately, according to a Twitter post from the base. The gates have been temporarily shut down as a precaution "as base officials take appropriate action." We're working to learn more.
7:20 a.m. — Colorado State Patrol says they have responded to a head-on crash on Highway 86 at High Point Road. At least one person was trapped, according to CSP. The crash involved a white passenger van, a Lexus and possibly a third vehicle that was not at the scene. At least two people were injured, CSP said. We are working to learn more.
2:25 a.m. — Aurora police are responding to a shooting at the 13th Avenue RTD station. The suspect left in a vehicle in an unknown direction, police said. There was no information available on the person who was shot, but their injuries were not life-threatening.
