7:17 p.m.: Denver Police officers are on scene at 36th and Steel in connection with a shooting. A victim is being treated for a gunshot wound to the leg. No suspect information is available at this time.

10:40 a.m. — Trooper Josh Lewis with the Colorado State Patrol said shortly before 9:40 a.m., a passenger vehicle hit a semi on Highway 119 near mile marker 3 in Clear Creek Canyon. The crash ruptured the fuel tanks of the semi, which started to leak. The driver of the passenger vehicle was transported to a hospital in unknown condition. Both directions of the highway are closed.
