7:21 p.m.: I-70 is "completely shut down" between mile markers 304 and 306 in both directions due to very icy roads and several crashes in the area, the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office says. This is near Bennett, Colorado.

3:36 p.m.: Police have set up a perimeter at 36th Avenue and Pontiac Street as they look for a suspect who "engaged in a brief altercation with an officer" following a disturbance. There are road closures in the area.
