3:30 p.m.: A spokesperson for Fort Collins Police Services confirms a person has died after being struck by a train in Fort Collins. The Colorado State University Police say that the east side of campus is blocked at the tracks. We have more information on this story here: http://bit.ly/2Dj17ob.
Due to an incident on railroad tracks at Mulberry St, east side of campus is blocked at tracks.
