4:53 p.m. — I-25 is back open at the Colorado-Wyoming border following crashes due to windy, icy and snowpacked conditions, the both the Wyoming and Colorado Departments of Transportation.
2:28 p.m. — NB I-25 is closed at the Wyoming border due to windy, icy and snowpacked conditions and crashes in that state. CSP officials say one of their patrol cars was hit by another car going too fast on the road, but that the crash happened off the roadway. The Trooper was not injured, but a person in the other vehicle was taken to a hospital for treatment.
