8:03 a.m. — Denver police said they have determined that the person who died near E. 16th Avenue and Broadway is not suspicious. E. 16th Avenue has reopened to the public.
5:05 a.m. — E. 16th Avenue is closed in both directions between Broadway and Lincoln due to a death investigation, according to the Denver Police Department. Officers are working to determine if the death is criminal in nature, police said.
