6:45 a.m. — We are working to find out what is happening at Broadway and Del Norte in Adams County. Sheriff's office deputies were at the scene of an apparent car crash. The sedan was partially on the sidewalk. Deputies had their guns drawn. The driver of the sedan appeared passed out or asleep in the front seat and deputies approached the sedan with guns and shields. They woke up the driver and dragged him out of the car. He was put in handcuffs. It appeared that deputies then removed the handcuffs and sat him down on the sidewalk. They appeared to be talking with him. Denver7 is working to learn more.
