Fort Collins Dr. Seuss-inspired restaurant to serve green eggs and ham

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Do you like green eggs and ham?

If you've always wanted to try green eggs and ham, a restaurant in Midtown Fort Collins will soon make that fantasy a reality.

It'll be on the menu at Sammy’s Breakfast Bar scheduled to open in late December.

“A little of bit of green food dye will do the trick,” said Chris Smith, a managing partner in charge of the kitchen.

The Dr. Seuss-inspired breakfast and lunch spot will be decorated with artwork featuring Seuss characters.
