DENVER – You can have your Amazon purchases delivered to your door, or you can chase them around town like a kid after the ice cream truck.

That’s where the “Treasure Truck” comes in. Amazon announced this week that it’s bringing its tricked-out rig to Denver.

The Treasure Truck is stocked with special deals that are available for a limited time – things like electronics, outdoor gear and even food. Amazon picks one item a day that customers can order through the Amazon app and then pick up at the truck.

But here’s the catch: You have to act fast and you have to know where to find the truck in order to pick up your purchase.

Amazon is keeping a tight lid on when or where the truck will make its first appearance in Denver, but customers can sign up for notifications online. Amazon will send an alert that day with all the details.
