There was no inside the mobile home when the flames broke out, fire crews told Denver7.
We saw the Aurora Fire Department escorting a resident out of a neighboring trailer.
Fire crews aggressively attacked the flames, said Sean Dolan with the Aurora Fire Department.
The design of the neighborhood made it difficult for firefighters to access, Nolan said. The roads are narrow, the trailers are close together and fire hydrants are far apart.
Firefighters seemed to have the large flames extinguished by about 6:40 a.m. but continued to work on hot spots.
