EAGLE COUNTY, Colo. — The driver of a Jeep was rescued early Sunday morning after the Jeep they were in fell hundreds of feet off the roadway at the Red Cliff Bridge, according to authorities.
Crews found the Jeep on its roof 200 feet down an embankment around 4:15 a.m. Sunday.
The driver was located and brought up to the roadway via a rope system.
The patient was transported to a local hospital. Their condition is unknown.
