One driver was killed, and a mother and her two children were hospitalized, after a crash in Weld County Wednesday morning.
The crash happened on Weld County Road 34, near Weld County Road 13, in Mead.
Two vehicles collided, according to Mountain Vista Fire Department battalion chief Jennifer Nay.
The male driver was the only person in one vehicle. He died at the scene. Nay said a medical condition may have contributed to his death.
The mother and two children were in the second vehicle.
The Colorado State Patrol and Weld County Sheriff's Office are investigating the crash.
