DENVER — Police announced Tuesday that they have made an arrest in connection with a felony baggage theft case last month at Denver International Airport.

Anna Peralta, 38, is accused of stealing luggage from DIA on Dec. 23. She is currently being held at the Denver City Jail on unrelated warrants.

A surveillance image photo of the suspect was featured on a recent Crime Stoppers bulletin, showing the suspect near baggage claim.

Meanwhile, police are asking the public’s help identifying two other people – a man and a woman -- seen stealing luggage at the airport the day prior, on Dec. 22.

Police said the Dec. 22 case appears to be unrelated to Peralta’s alleged theft.
