GOLDEN, Colo. – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying two people who were photographed apparently defacing a rock wall at Deer Creek Canyon Park.
Deputies said the alleged vandalism took place along the Plymouth Creek Trail just before 2 p.m. Sunday.
In photos posted on social media, a young woman appears to etch some lettering into the rocks while a man looks on.

Vandalism and trash have become problems at several parks around the state recently, including Hanging Lake and Daniels Park.
