FALCON, Colo. – A man has turned himself in after repeatedly exposing himself at a drive-thru coffee stand in Falcon, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies said Jose Ramon Visbal Martinez, 43, turned himself in Wednesday evening.

The sheriff’s office began investigating after a female employee at a drive-thru coffee stand reported a man drove by coffee stand’s window several times during the day Tuesday, fondling himself each time. The woman refused to serve the man and told him to leave.

The man then returned to the coffee stand the next day, again exposing himself to the woman at the drive-thru window, deputies said. The woman again refused to serve him, and the suspect drove off.

Using security camera footage that captured photos of the suspect and his license plate, deputies identified Martinez as the suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest.

Martinez turned himself in at about 7 p.m. Wednesday and was booked into jail on a charge of indecent exposure.

Deputies said anyone with information on similar incidents involving a Hispanic man in a white Ford F-150 pickup should call the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office at 719-390-5555.
