DENVER -- Denver's Watering Bowl is in the running to be named the best dog-friendly bar or restaurant in the country.
The Watering Bowl is one of 20 places nominated in USA Today's 10 Best Reader's Choice awards.
The Watering Bowl is currently No. 6 in the voting.
The Watering Bowl, on Leetsdale, says it has the "the only dog park attached to a tavern in Colorado and quite possibly the world."
The dog park is a 7,000-square foot, fenced area. The tavern has a special dog entrance to its outdoor patios.
