Cyclist seriously injured in Denver hit-and-run crash

DENVER – Police in Denver are looking for a hit-and-run driver who seriously injured a cyclist Monday afternoon.

Police say the driver of the vehicle struck the cyclist at the intersection of East 25th Avenue and North Emerson Street and then took off, leaving the cyclist in the street with serious injuries.

Police have yet to release a detailed description of the vehicle, only saying it was a gray sedan. The extent of the cyclist’s injuries is unknown.
