CSU freshman class largest, most diverse in school's history

FORT COLLINS, Co. — Colorado State University welcomed this year the largest freshman class in its history.

A little more than 5,000 freshmen at the Fort Collins school pushed the number of enrolled students to 33,198, a 3 percent increase over the previous high.

The record freshman class is also the school’s most diverse, according to a press release. 

The new class includes students from every state and the District of Columbia.
