LITTLETON, Colo. — Two people were found in the water during a water rescue operation at Chatfield Reservoir Saturday afternoon.
At 3:26 p.m. Saturday, South Metro Fire Rescue crews were called to Chatfield State Park on a report of two people missing in the water.
One person was brought to shore shortly after crews arrived. That person is listed in serious condition, according to South Metro Fire Rescue.
However, a second person, an adult male, was still missing.
Crews launched boats and dive rescuers to aid in the search and later found him submerged. He was taken to the hospital with CPR being performed. His condition is unknown.
