BOULDER, Colo. – The Boulder County Coroner’s Office on Wednesday identified the woman found dead earlier this week in the East Boulder pond as 33-year-old Marguerite Banker of Boulder.
Coroner Emma Hall said Banker’s cause and manner of death will be determined after an autopsy is completed.
Her body was pulled from the pond Monday around 1:30 p.m. Boulder police said her family members became concerned when she didn’t show up for a scheduled doctor’s appointment. Officers found a fishing pole partially submerged in the water and a chair nearby.
They said at the time that foul play was not suspected in Banker’s death.
