Good morning. Here are 5 Things to Know for Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

1. Buffalo Fire still burning near Silverthorne
We hope to get an update this morning on the Buffalo Fire burning near Silverthorne. About 1,400 homes had to be evacuated as the approximately 100-acre fire approached the Wildernest area on Tuesday. 

2. Some residents near 416 Fire allowed home
Some people who were forced to evacuate their homes in San Juan County because of the 416 Fire will be allowed to return home starting at 8 a.m. Wednesday but will remain on pre-evacuation notice. But those in La Plata County who have been forced to leave their homes will have to stay away.

3. Denver could host 2026 World Cup
FIFA selected the United States, Mexico and Canada to jointly host the 2026 World Cup, beating out Morocco. Denver is one of 23 cities that could potentially host one of the games.

4. Hot and possibly stormy today
Hot temperatures will return on Wednesday with highs around 90 degrees in Denver and near 100 degrees in Grand Junction. Isolated thunderstorms will develop in the afternoon, but the storms will mostly bring wind and lightning. Some severe storms will be possible over the far eastern plains.

5. Free Taco Bell this afternoon
Taco Bell will let you steal a taco after the Golden State Warriors stole Game 3 against the Cleveland Cavaliers during the NBA Finals. Head over to any participating Taco Bell from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. today to score one free Doritos Locos Taco.
