DENVER- Businesses near Coors Field are getting ready for Opening Day and weekend.

"A lot of beer! A lot of the things; we use for our own signature drink," said Matt Orrin.

Orrin owns El Charrito, a tequila bar about two blocks away from Coors Field. He is also part of the Ball Park Neighborhood Association.

Thousands of people pile into the neighborhood during the weekend.

"Opening day is the busiest day of the year for me," said Orrin.

A Mexican restaurant just down the street will experience its first baseball season.

"We're waiting for this moment,” said Jose Sotelo.

Sotelo is with Latigo. The family-owned restaurant opened eight months ago. Sotelo said business is doing OK, but they hope it improves now that baseball season is here.

Coors Field was one of the deciding factors to open up the restaurant in the neighborhood.

"We're expecting to be a long day, long weekend. We got six games in a row. We're pretty much excited," said Sotelo.
