Brazen thieves steal $1.8 million worth of luxury RVs from Frederick lot

FREDERICK, Colo. -- One by one, three luxury RVs were stolen from the lot at TransWest along Interstate 25 in Frederick Tuesday night.

Surveillance video captures a pickup truck dropping off the getaway drivers. The total loss is more than $1.8 million.

Other dealers and truck stops have been put on alert. The high-end mobile homes are hard to hide.

The onboard amenities of the stolen RVs include heated floors, his and her sinks, a hefty refrigerator, and generous-size bedrooms.

The keys for the vehicles were untouched.  

Police are investigating.
