BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. – A man arrested last year after he was accused of secretly filming guests at his home in Boulder County as they showered has again been arrested – this time over accusations he was in possession of three videos containing child pornography.

Michael David Aisner, 70, who is the former race director for the Coors International Bicycle Classic, turned himself in to the Boulder County jail Monday after a warrant was issued for his arrest on three counts of sexual exploitation of a child involving a video.

Aisner’s latest arrest stems from further investigation into his October 2019 arrest, in which he was accused of videotaping showering guests. The sheriff’s office at the time said they were looking for more possible victims of Aisner’s.

The sheriff’s office said Monday that investigators searched Aisner’s computer after receiving more tips following his first arrest, and a BCSO detective found videos containing child pornography.

The warrant was issued for the three counts of sexual exploitation of a child, a class 4 felony, last Thursday, according to court records. Aisner made his first appearance in the case on Monday and is set to be formally charged on Wednesday.

A judge set his bond in his most recent arrest at $10,000, which he had not posted as of Tuesday morning.

Court records show that he pleaded guilty on Jan. 17 to counts of tampering with physical evidence and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification in his October case. A sentencing hearing for that case is currently scheduled for March 27, according to court records.

The sheriff’s office says it is still seeking possible victims of Aisner’s or anyone who may have witnessed him committing “inappropriate behavior” and asks anyone who might have such information to contact Det. Compton at 303-441-1760.
