Bond set at $500K for suspected bank robber

Bond was set at $500,000 Tuesday for a man who spent four weeks on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List before he was caught.

Myloh Mason was arrested last Friday on charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, attempted second-degree kidnapping, first-degree assault and second-degree assault.

Mason was wanted in connection to a violent crime spree in Lakewood in November.

Prosecutors believe Mason is one of three people, wearing Scream-style Halloween masks, who robbed the First Bank in Lakewood November 18. The suspects directed three bank employees into the vault, where an affidavit saysthe crooks filled bags with $50,822 in cash.

Following the escape, they're accused of shooting two people and carjacking a man.

The crime spree ended in Sheridan.

One suspect, Miguel Sanders, was found hiding under a school bus that day and was arrested. A second suspect,  Tyron Richardson was arrested thanks to a tip days later.

Mason was arrested Friday.

The group is suspected of another bank robbery in Lakewood on September 30, 2015. The Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force says Mason and two others wearing Scream-style masks allegedly shoved guns in the faces of bank tellers and told them they would die unless they opened the vault.

The FBI said while they were offering a reward of up to $100,000 for Mason's arrest, a public tip did not lead to the arrest, so no reward money will be paid out.
