GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — A bomb squad responded to a Target parking lot after a suspicious device was found Friday. The device turned out to be a grenade-shaped motorcycle security device.
The store manager of the Greenwood Village Target near Arapahoe Road and Interstate 25 found the disc brake lock around noon and called authorities.
Businesses, including the Target store, remained open while crews investigated and closed off the northern portion of the lot.
The parking lot was later reopened after crews gave the all clear.
