TAMPA, Fla. – Florida authorities recovered the body of a missing Colorado State University student. Crews pulled the body of Jie Luo Wednesday from the Gulf of Mexico.
Luo was on spring break in Tampa with 15 other students when he went missing during a boating trip. A boater found his body.
The body of a charter member who jumped in to save him was recovered on Monday.
