Authorities seek Colorado's most wanted sex offender

DENVER – The Colorado Bureau of Investigations is asking for the public’s help in locating the state’s most wanted sex offender.

Johnny Reyes, 42, was convicted of statutory rape and assault with a deadly weapon. He is 5-feet9-inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He is considered a sexually violent predator.

Reyes tops the list of the 100 most wanted sex offendersreleased Monday. The list includes men and women from all over the state. So far, only three on the list have been located or arrested.
